Three pounds gain in one day! I ate fairly healthy yesterday too. Maybe too much salt but lots of veggies and fruit. ugghhh!!!
219.4 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 69.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Also I have seen with Dan if he eats way less calories on a day than he should then he has trouble the next few days with weight gain and not losing and you did have a day before yesterday that was only 1300, and that is LESS THAN what I eat!! You may very well have set your body into store mood. DONT DO THAT! Eat what it says for calories and trust it.
