Hello friends, I must say I'm feeling good about myself since I started my diet and watching what I eat. This morning I weighted myself I lost a few pounds from 256, but I won't say how much I lost as of yet until Monday the 24th, with me walking 2miles and burnig up to 400 calories per day and it feels GREAT!!!

Diet Calendar Entry for 18 July 2012:
1027 kcal Fat: 61.40g | Prot: 28.88g | Carb: 90.66g.   Breakfast: water, mayonnasise hellmanns, 1 slice provolone cheese,  thin whole wheat bread, 2 slice of bacon, Large egg. Lunch: Mediterranean italian dressing, Red Tomatoes, cucumber slice, Romaine lettuce shredded, vienna sausage. Snacks/Other: Kfc potato wedges, crystal light peach tea, 7" 8" banana long. more...
