man its been a really hard week last week. been on my monthly sorry TMI but it's slowed me down i couldn't workout due to my cramps I have severe cramping which puts me in hospitals. so I have only done simple things like walking up and down my stairs but I need motivation again to help me fight through this funk. I'm still eating right but not gonna lie I had ice cream 3 days in a row after dinner got sick from it. so my body no longer can tolerate junk foods anymore even when I try my body rejects it. so thats a good thing. but my head is just somewhere else.:(
