Day 15 of Whole30 and I haven't totally lost my mind yet. I'm surprised that I haven't started having dreams of food yet. I did dream that I accidentally drank a swig of coke and ruined the whole thing though!

The hardest thing has been all the shopping for fresh vegetables and cooking all meals. We both work full time and there are days that we just want to come home, eat something and veg out until bed. that there really aren't many options for eating out or take out around here and definitely no place that caters to no grain, dairy and legumes diets.
