Well I guess I didn't do too bad for first day. But my carb intake was too high for me. This is first time I've ever counted calories and I was under my daily total by 26 calories. I done a 15 minute walk on lunch break, intended on walking this evening but got rained out.. reading everyone's entries is helping to encourage me to to want to eat better!!☺️☺️thx to all!!
