so I got a new scale recently, its a digital scale and a lot more accurate than my old dinky scale, I weighed in thus morning to find my new starting point and I'm 3 pounds heavier than I originally thought!
that's okay though just gotta keep going!
242.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
