I've totally had a junk day, and I'll probably keep the rest of the day shot as well. Did an overnight and I now know exactly what I cannot buy to keep with myself anymore! No more cheetos, no more bottles of frappucino's or Mountain Dew that is larger than 8oz bottles, no more two chicken supreme chalupas (one is just fine thank you very much). So yeah, fell off the wagon, but it is going to help me make better choices with the additional overnights that are coming up until I can find decent hours and possibly a new job.
I'm not going to beat myself up, I haven't had a real cheat day in a while. Not a good excuse, but better to have one in a month, than do this daily like I was doing before! Now it's matter of what to end the day off with...chinese food, or a small sausage pizza from Beggar's.
