I have been doing a pretty good job of avoiding sweets and eating in moderation during the period that I was not recording what I ate here on Fatsecret. My obstacle was I was away from internet access during much of the month at outdoor events. This week I plan to eat as many vegetables as possible in the form of green smooties while adding a bit of protein (eggs a bit of meat etc).
I was at the doctor the the other day and they weighed me. My blood showed my cholestoral was elevated a bit so its my mission to see if I can decrease it a bit.
