Back to tracking and exercising....did bike riding with my son last night for 10 minutes along with a 30 minute walk
Hopefully I can keep this going!
Getting my 5-year-old son to the walk with me certainly helps, he doesn't let me miss :-)
180.3 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 48.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
