taking Mon to buffet to celebrate Mother's Day last night. Turned out an awful weight gain! 😱😱😱
昨晚的母親節大餐果然看到今早體重恐怖的上升!!
173.1 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
