Well another week has gone by and I am slowly and I mean slowly working this weight off. It seems I will lose and then a couple weeks will go by without a lose. Guess this is the way to do so it won't come bouncing back on in no time. I must say though it's probably my own fault. I have a couple good days and then my husband will bring home cookies or donuts and I have a hard time saying no when they are sitting on the counter looking at me.

I do have to say I do feel better than I did when I was 26 pounds heavier. Still 4 pounds to go and then I can decide if I want another weight goal or go into maintain mode. One things for sure I am going to try not to gain all that weight back again.
