No change. It’s a Blessing since our household has been sick all week & we ate simple fixings. Instead of prepared meals.
Water consumption has been off due to sore throat as well.
285.4 lb Lost so far: 37.6 lb.    Still to go: 100.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
