Hi this is my first journal I have struggled with being heavy my entire life been on numerous diet loose gain well I’m at it again doing the low carb and doing pretty good energy level was up and now this week just not feeling to great been at it for about 2 months now I thought I was adjusting well with it I don’t really have a appetite which is great is that normal once you start eating low carb I have remind myself to eat I never done low carb before always been like weight watchers type diet any suggestions I been eating my veggies and meat healthy fats
