11st 0.4lb Fat 25.9%. I had hoped (tho without making any effort to have deserved it!) that I might have just managed to avoid tipping the 11st again but no such luck. Daughter goes back Wed so I think I might have to bite the bullet for WW Thurs. I've contacted the leader and we only need to get to the 5lb off goal bracket before we stop paying again, not right down to goal, so that's good, esp if we're both paying, don't want that to go on too long! So many of my trousers just so uncomfortable now, got to get cracking to not hate all my hol pix in July (too much!) Pizza for tea tonight at special request of visiting daughter but tomorrow I really must make a fresh start. Sorry that I'm such a broken record :(
154.4 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You’ll do it once you get started properly. Going back to group will help too, I’m sure. Try breaking it down, I’m carrying on until June then having a week off, then back on it. So I know it’s not too long till I can indulge! I hate having to pay too x
