Day 2 of not speaking to scale. Let it sit alone a bit! I had a wonderful day! I hit spinning class, did Pilates and stayed healthy in my eating. Oh, it’s a perfect day.... ah, Lou Reed; you dah man!
226.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
