42d- 34.4(+)。10天沒日沒夜的工作,都沒去運動,雖然有掉水,但體脂越來越高,腰瘦哦,昨晚睡覺腰有點酸痛,不知道是不是吃生酮水喝不多,腎臟快壞掉⋯⋯ 今天開始放連假,起床竟滿腦子想吃麥當勞麥克雞塊炸雞,不知道守不守的住最後的防線哦⋯⋯ 已經減肥減到瘋掉失去理智了🤣🤣
139.6 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
