So last night was Passover and I was asked to make crack. For those who don't know, Passover crack is matzo with caramel and chocolate on top, sprinkled with pecans or almonds. Basically toffee on matzo. Totally addictive - crazy good. Plus there were 2 kinds of brisket and lots of other nummies. I did not pig out and eat till I couldn't move, which the old me would have done, I ate only a few pieces of crack (between taste testing and the meal), and I weighed in today and lost! Getting darn close back to goal weight. It's been a good week. Happy Passover and Happy Easter to all.
147.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
