WOW ! This is a first 2 days in a row and my weight is exactly the same just Home from the gym and getting older is ruff my body doesn’t adjust as quickly to the extra weights at gym etc going to just walk at gym tomorrow and give my muscles a brake being pushing them every day this week
181.4 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
