Grrrr! I even did spinning yesterday! Not alcohol, veges and protein(not much!). I’m very sad about this. It seems like at least 2-3 weeks of studying at this weight;(
226.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 70.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
