I don’t want to be negative but I’m gonna snap soon! It’s sort of the food, but also the wine I miss! I had two glasses last Eve— good news I’m still in ketosis this morning ! I have lost 10# in over a month, which is good. Lots of inches, but I don’t see the weight dropping off as I believe I should. I’m really entering into a diet depression. Augh! I want to see this through. Curse these feelings!
I’m looking for my ruby slippers today to see if I can click this blues away!
226.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
