25 — 昨健身。34.5。22.7。5。好幾天沒嗯嗯了啦。。。話說昨晚做夢 吃好吃的麵包,还一片片撕下來放嘴巴,因為能吃麵包太奢侈了,捨不得一下吃完⋯ 夢境超真實的,还有點罪惡感的享受⋯ 然後夢見去買蛋糕,猶豫很久,不知道挑哪種口味,因為每種都想吃⋯ 最後買了藍莓口味的樣子⋯ 哈哈
138.5 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
