I write for me, but for you too. Currently I’m looking at a good 16” of snow with my name on it! I went on a sort of strict fast/ restrictive two week period to cleanse my liver and restart my body. Although I list a bit, 3#, I think a more fat laden gets results faster. I’m increasing fats and two cups of greens and a cup of veges, each lunch and dinner. Let’s see
228.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 72.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
