16。昨晚補碳日吃到反胃快吐,斷食時間都到了还吃了一個很萬惡的高熱量宵夜。其實我一直懷疑我的體重機是壞掉的,很爛。
142.9 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
