Finally! Scale shows a loss - ran twice last week and starting week 3 of p90x -
I'll be really happy if loss carries through till tomorrow..
153.0 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
