Woke up at this weight need to work out this month get on track but pretty steady progress noticed mindful eating smaller portions and no backing breads or muffins
198.5 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
