Im starting to love weigh in Fridays! It's such a reward to see the number on the scale keep going down with all my hard work and effort and even the occasional slip up.
194.6 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
