Day 3 - going well so far - doing p90x after work and then light jogging in place at night watching tv. Writing all my food down and hungry all the time so I guess I must have been snacking more than I realized. Or not paying attention to portions... Well that would explain things wouldn't it???
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
