no ketosis this morning
148.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.6 lb a week

I'm kind of worried, please let me know your plan? Are you trying to do a mini refeeding with liquids (other than water), thus the continuation of the fast but the loss of ketosis? I've heard it can get kind of dangerous, and hard on the heart to fast beyond a month, so I'm feeling a little anxious for you. Please take care! ❤
