980 kcal Fat: 21.97g | Prot: 72.26g | Carb: 134.12g.   Breakfast: skim milk, Cheerios, lemon juice, green tea. Lunch: lipton green tea citrus, smuckers sugar free boysenberry jam, celery, double fiber whear bread franz, red apple, best foods lignt mayonnaise, baked chicken breast. Dinner: lipton grenn tea with citrus, saute mushroom, cucumber, tomatoe, salmon. Snacks/Other: orange, animal cracker stauffers. more...
