Am seeing significant drops in weight, looks like alot of the water weight is coming off as I remain in keto. Did another Ketostix test this morning, very dark maroon, definitely in deep keto. Ate two bunless burgers with half an avocado, spinach and a measured tablespoon of spicy mayo and reached my calorie limit early in the day as planned.
312.9 lb Lost so far: 17.1 lb.    Still to go: 167.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
