Ketostix test with some Steamed Chinese Beef with Mixed Vegetables and no sauce. Got a medium result, maroon color, indicating I'm currently in ketosis. Looking good.
314.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 169.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A better indication ( the sticks fluctuate) is are you always thirsty and feel like having to pee every hour as well as your mouth tastes nasty

Totally agree, @daveserra. I see some people's fitness habits and body composition make them more efficient at utilizing ketones, making them less likely to spill out unused into the urine. My only issues are that I drink a lot of liquids during the day and the caffeine I take acts as a diuretic so it makes it hard to tell if the urges are from keto or caffeine.
