Can't imagine how fast I've gained 7kg in few weeks coz I can't control my appetite anymore .. I've been eating a lot lately .. 😖🙁😫😞 I really need help to control my appetite .. PLS
109.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
