Starting week 2 of P90x - did not do stretch cd on rest day - took the whole day off to REST! Actually had baseball and drove home from my Dads birthday so I feel pretty good - going to see Color Purple at the theater today so I already did my workout and feeling pretty good.

Ruby Tuesdays with the family after and salad bar! Yay - great weekend. Still no change in scale though
155.2 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
