Off to my Dad's for his 85th birthday - hoping to get my workout done before I go - on day 6 of p90x - so far the workout has been great but the scale isn't impressed with my efforts at all...
155.4 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Stupid scale! I commend you on sticking with the p90x routine. I hear it is reallly tough. Maybe I should look it up and try it. Maybe
