Eating a large breakfast every other day to slow down my weight loss. before the four day fast was losing 7 lbs in 9 days. way to fast for me but I will take what I can get and if I am in control slower will stay with me longer.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
