BAR.....'s Journal, 18 December 2017

Been doing this a while now. Never made an entry. Started in June to work toward wls. Start weight 319 - today 280. I have been told twice they won't do the surgery. So I will continue what I started!...
279.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 140.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
