I'm still on track and i'm happy that I was able to stay on point while in Phase1. I'm currently doing exercises with weights and they are kicking my butt really bad, I'm sore right now. All in all I feel really positive that I will keep on keeping on!
209.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
