having a plan helps with my weight loss journey. I had a 1-1 with my sw consultant and we made a plan for the rest of the week up to weigh in day.
I can't wait to see the results on saturday
242.3 lb Lost so far: 46.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
