Very productive day treadmill twice, gardening and mowed the grass also a little me time with facial and hot bath. Totally went out to eat Buffett at the Casino. Was disciplined but couldn't resist the steak had 5 ounces and a sugar free desert. I didn't over due it but enjoyed my meal. Will have to be very active tomorrow as well my steps are 8,000 plus today.
239.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
