What the hell.

This is the highest weight I've ever been! And to top it off, I was at an improv class - my first one! :) - on Saturday. During one of the exercises, I was "struggling with a pig" and let myself fall over.

Erm....

Yeah. Something I could do easily when I was in theater years ago - and 100 pounds lighter. Now, however, I bruised my knee. It seemed fine but for the small bruise - big deal. But it's been letting me know it isn't very pleased with me and my antics by ouching at times when I walk. And now it's a tad bit swollen (or so I think - I could be imagining it because I get so worried about things like that!).

I've also out-fatted most of my clothes, including my fall and winter coats, and I do NOT want to spend money to purchase another full wardrobe just because I got fatter. So I am going to keep off my feet as much as I can today. Take some Advil because it will help with swelling.

And get very, very serious about losing weight. Where the scale says I am now is NOT conducive to helping my knee feel better, nor is it good for my opposite ankle that has to carry more burden than it's used to.

Hey - it's NaNoWriMo this month. A good excuse as any to sit here in front of the screen and write. Right? :) At least for this week!
