Another good day - house close went well - stayed on track with calories. Jogged in place for 30 min - foot felt okay - hopeful this is the start of recovery. The 10,000 steps a day is motivating. Weight watchers cookbook - excellent recipes for chicken - kids like it and low cal. Down 3 pounds this week! Yay!
