Don't know why but I am starving today! Had a granola bar and bottle of water before church. Stomach growled all through service. Just ate 6 hot wings and 4 potato wedges from KFC and a bottle of water and feel like I could eat 6 more! Thank God there aren't 6 more here!

Going to a baby shower later. Cake!!! Will probably have a piece. I've had a good week so no condemnation if I do. After the chicken, wedges and granola, I still have about 900 calories to play with for the day. We'll see how it goes.


266.4 lb Lost so far: 40.4 lb.    Still to go: 71.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
