Complete fail. Going back to March 13, 09 - I weighed the same. First week I lost 5 pounds - I am going to do this. March 21 I was 165 -
Starting off with 10 min ab work -
Foot injury has killed me - blown up like a balloon - can't even stand to look in the mirror - this is a low point for me - setting my goal - 25 pounds in 3 months. By be inning of August I want to be at 145 - I need to journal and focus! I can do this!!!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
