I went a little overboard last night--that homebrew just tastes so good! I should have skipped the ice cream. Other than that, I have been doing very well. I had to balance lunch at in-n-out with grilled chicken at home instead of taking my mother-in-law out to our favorite Mexican restaurant. It was tasty, less expensive, and lower in calories. (Somehow that Mexican meal still sounds so good!)

I still need to work on getting more exercise.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
