I ate dinner around 6pm last night and didn't eat again until 1pm today... Big mistake! I felt so sick and dizzy, almost felt like fainting during breakfast. I'll be much more careful next time to eat more regularly.
Other than that I've still got a liiiiiiitle headache but feeling OK!
135.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh goodness. That's great about not eating after 6pm. I have a hard time with breakfast too.
