I ate dinner around 6pm last night and didn't eat again until 1pm today... Big mistake! I felt so sick and dizzy, almost felt like fainting during breakfast. I'll be much more careful next time to eat more regularly. Other than that I've still got a liiiiiiitle headache but feeling OK!
