Wow! This decrease in water weight is outstanding! It's Day 3 of the Keto diet. I'm definitely tired a lot, and my 2 miles of cardio are exhausting, but I don't crave sugars or bread until I start to get hungry, which is usually 4-5 hours after each meal. I've purchased the ketone urine strips and am producing a moderate to high amount of ketone bodies.
Let's keep this up!
137.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Did you start Monday too? So far so good.

Make sure you are drinking a lot of water and getting plenty of Potassium and Magnesium. First few weeks are great as you break down your glycogen and release water. It could slow down but then all your weight loss is fat so it is even more satisfying.
