Yay! Only .6 more to go in 6 days to hit my goal for april. Woot woot!

So I've cut out bread, alcohol, dairy (except for milk in coffee) and all processed foods.

Plus I'm training twice a week with my PT and walking all around the city for my new job.

I'm so excited!
210.6 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 50.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.8 lb a week
