I had to go back into detox and this will be my eighth day. I can honestly say that I don't miss this phase at all, especially when I want to reach for that piece of grilled chicken to go with my salad. Yes I will admit that I slip a little while in this phase and I had some okay fries yesterday (wasn't worth the calories) and some nuts here and there (I love all nuts), but all in all I've been following closely. I also had to kick up my exercise routine with abs yoga and let me tell you that even though the routine was only ten minutes, it kick my butt really hard.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week
