950 kcal Fat: 19.05g | Prot: 73.79g | Carb: 123.47g.   Breakfast: organic black hot tea, honey, wheat bread fiber plus Franz, banana, egg whites. Lunch: red plum, tuna salad, non fat milk, 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner: mushrooms, green beans kirkland, cantaloupe, fat free milk, red onion, baked chicken breast, boiled potatoes. Snacks/Other: cool whip, strawberry, werthers sugar free original. more...
