Been gone for a few days - spring break - high weigh in might be due to peanuts and nachos at the
hockey game yesterday - goal to have 3 low cal days with gym Tues-Thurs before holiday weekend approaches. Day 1 here I come. Movies today and out to dinner but preplanning the salad for dinner and NO food at the movie....

But have to say past four days with the kids have been LOTS of fun.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
